Make sure your skin is perfectly clean and dry.

Do not apply any care before application: no cream, no oil, no moisturizer, no greasy substances.

Place the cups slightly tilted downwards (45 degrees)

Connect the 2 cups using the central attachment

Care:
Clean the adhesive bra after each use with regular soap and make circular motions on the adhesive part. Rinse with lukewarm water and air dry, adhesive side up or hanging on a line. Do not dry with a towel or hairdryer.
