We are currently looking for a structured, strategic, and experienced profile to organize, streamline, and manage the entire e-commerce activity.


The role: E-commerce Manager / OBM (Operational Business Manager)

We are recruiting an E-commerce Manager / Online Business Manager with solid hands-on experience in e-commerce. As a true right-hand person to management, you will be responsible for the coordination and overall efficiency of the activity.

This role requires a multidisciplinary profile, capable of communicating with each team member specialized in their field (ads, SEO, content, logistics, customer relations, tech…), understanding their language, prioritizing actions, anticipating problems, and orchestrating everything methodically and rigorously.

  • Location: 100% remote
  • Collaboration: Freelance / Independent
  • Compensation: to be discussed based on profile and value added
  • Working hours: Part-time evolving based on periods and performance

Your responsibilities

📌 Structuring and operational management:

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, fluidity, and consistency.
  • Create reliable and readable tracking, planning, and reporting systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks, optimize internal processes, and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Use smart tools (automation, AI…) to save time and ensure reliable execution.

👥 Team coordination:

  • Supervise team members specialized in their field (ads, SEO, content, logistics, customer service…).
  • Establish a culture of efficiency, clarity, and accountability.
  • Implement integration, tracking, and evaluation processes.
  • Organize weekly and monthly rituals to keep everyone aligned.

🔄 Performance & profitability:

  • Co-manage the marketing strategy and oversee the commercial calendar.
  • Track the right KPIs to make the right decisions quickly.
  • Prioritize high-leverage actions (80/20) to improve profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Desired profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce with a comprehensive operational approach.
  • Cross-functional vision of the business: sourcing, logistics, acquisition, customer service, finance, tools.
  • Ability to manage projects and teams independently.
  • Organization, rigor, proactivity, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize.
  • Numerical sense, business logic, and obsession with efficiency.
  • Natural leadership and supportive posture.
  • Proficiency in English (written/oral).
  • Comfort with AI and automation tools (make.com, ChatGPT, Notion).
