Return Conditions

  1. Each returned item must be complete, intact, in its original packaging (barcode intact) and in perfect resaleable condition. It must not have been worn (except for trying on over underwear) or washed.

  2. Any item that is stained, damaged, has an odour, or has missing parts (straps, belt, top or bottom of a set) will be automatically refused.

  3. Your parcel must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

  4. For hygiene reasons, knickers, nipple covers, bra straps and bra fastenings are not eligible for return.

  5. If you benefited from a promotional offer such as:

    ➤ Buy 1 item, get the 2nd at -X% off
    ➤ 1 item = -X%, 2 items = -Y%, 3 items = -Z%
    ➤ Free jewellery from £X spend

    And you return one or more items, the offer is recalculated based on the items you keep. Your store credit or refund amount is adjusted accordingly.

  • Refund processed to your original payment method within 2–14 days of us receiving your return

How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at support@lespetitsimprimes.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We'll confirm your return request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Send your parcel to our returns address in France using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

  4. Once we receive and verify your return, your store credit, exchange, or refund will be processed within 2–14 days. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible.
